Neat and huge unit where tv was located, we really enjoyed it. This was a marvellous and absolutely perfect location just next door to the main attractions of the French quarter-10min walk and the Insectarium.

Everything was nice at this trendy boutique hotel. The property was placed in the central location in the neighborhood behind. Greatly enjoyed that it was set near bars, the French quarter closest bars and galleries, and New Orleans. It was as expected, had a just perfect stay fOR $ 155 An NIGHT.

Old-fashioned room but with charm (tiles, decoration...). Very well located close to the French Quarter... Accommodating staff: we wished to shorten our stay (because of the Coronavirus crisis) and we were able to cancel our last nights at no charge. Large and pleasant courtyard where we could have breakfast.
Impossible to evaluate the breakfast since the hotel did not offer any (because of the Coronavirus crisis). The isolation is not optimal and one can easily hear one's neighbors!!!. No equipment in the room (fridge, kettle, coffee maker...). Room a little dark (little light...).

Very nice hotel very well located but for people who like to get up early!
The doors being very simple, you can hear all the outside noises, especially that of the road! And from the showers in the rooms next door.

Hotel well located just at the French Quarter level without the noise, rooms are very comfortable and staff is charming.
Breakfast could be a little more complete but still good (bread, muffins, waffles, unlimited coffee and tea).

The building is beautiful and has a history. It is beautifully decorated with period furniture, a superb grand staircase. Large inner courtyard where you can sit quietly.
A little off-center, there's not much nearby.

Beautiful old architecture with a great pool in the courtyard. Walking distance to any point in the French Quarter. A laundry room for guests is a plus.
It is not fair of me to criticize as the day I checked in, the staff were busy cleaning up after hurricane Isaac and checking in all rooms for a busy weekend. They were without power in the main Hotel building, which did not affect me at all. They did everything in their power to make things right.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and super comfortable, with coffee and pastries available in the mornings. The pool area offered a quiet escape after wandering through the city. The location made it easy to explore, with everything within walking distance. The breakfast options could definitely improve. Just pastries and coffee didn't quite cut it. A mini fridge in the room would have been nice too. Though, my experience was enjoyable and relaxing.
